I just got solicited by a chocolate lover’s site. Apparently, it’s a site set up by a lot of chocoholics and they want me to submit my brownies for a review on their site. So that’s, uh, pretty cool.
I’m going to do it, but I hope they give me a good review. I mean, I’m pretty confident in my product - it’s just that at the end of the day I have no control over what they will say. Like Iron Chef (I’m no where near that echelon of culinary cookery), I frequently think a dish looks like it’ll be pretty good and then some 25 year old douchebag from Bon Appetite gets all Charles Bronson on it and dropkicks it like some hijacking Arab.
